Professor Kram is the world's expert on how much energy humans use when they walk and run.

We went to Professor's Kram's laboratory. He talked to us about walking, energy and oxygen. Professor Kram said we could be just like subjects in his experiments. He had two graduate students help him to do the experiments.

Professor Kram put Danielle in a suit that makes you feel as if you were walking on Mars. It has rubbers cords and a bike seat. It pulls up so that it feels like there is less gravity.
