Taking BART (Bay Area Rapid Transporation) to UC Berkeley

From the San Francisco area to UC Berkeley:

• Take the Red line towards Richmond. Get off at the Downtown Berkeley stop.
• Go upstairs to street level.
• You are now near the corner of Center and Shattuck Streets.
• Follow Center Street 1 block to Oxford Street.
• Cross Oxford Street and keeping going straight onto campus.
• You will see a map ahead. Go to the right of the map, cross a small bridge and follow the trail through the woods.
• At the end of the trail you will see buildings to your left. We are located in the larger building (Valley Life Sciences) connected to the smaller one (Life Sciences Addition).
• The Valley Life Sciences Building is the huge building with many stairs on your left. Enter the building and walk 1/4 the way down the hall. On your left will be elevators. Take the elevator to the 5th floor. Get off the elevator and turn right 3 times. We are located in rooms 5128 and 5130.

From the Oakland area to UC Berkeley:

• Take the Orange line towards Richmond. Get off at the Downtown Berkeley stop.
• Go upstairs to street level.
• You are now near the corner of Center and Shattuck Streets.

• Cross Oxford Street and keeping going straight onto campus.
